How much is shipping?

  • Peninsula - €5.99. Free shipping on orders over €50
  • Balearic Islands - €6.90. Free shipping on orders over €70
  • Canary Islands - No shipments are made.
  • Rest of Europe - €15

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Packages will be sent through the transport agency that we consider appropriate depending on the destination and will be delivered

 

Can I return an item?

Yes, the return period for our orders is 20 days from the date of purchase. You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from your order within 20 days from receipt of the package, provided that the product is new, in original condition and complete.

  1. If the product is damaged or defective you can return it by contacting us by sending us an email to sewfil@sewfil.com  (includes photos and videos)
  2. If the product is not what you expected, you can also return it, respecting the following conditions:
  • Products must be returned within 20 business days from the date the customer receives the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
  • The products cannot have been used.
  • Products in poor condition will not be accepted.

 

What options do I have when returning a product?

To return a product you can contact the Customer Service Department by sending an email to sewfil@sewfil.com .

When you return a product you can choose to:

  • Refund of the amount paid for the product *
  • Replacement of the same reference (in cases of return due to damage or poor condition)*

*The refund or new shipment of products will be made upon receipt of the package at our facilities within 10 working days. If we finally proceed with the refund, it will be made to the same payment method. You will receive a confirmation email and within the next 3-5 working days, depending on the bank, the amount will be credited to your account.

 

Do I have to pay the return costs?

If you have received your order with some or all of the products damaged or in poor condition, you will NOT have to pay the shipping costs under any circumstances. Likewise, if you request that the damaged product be replaced, the handling and transport costs will be borne by SEWFIL.

SEWFIL also gives you the option to return or exchange products, even if you have received them in perfect condition. However, in this case, the handling and transport costs will be your responsibility. We recommend that you use a shipping method that has tracking. Otherwise, in the event of loss or misplacement, we will not be responsible for the return.

If you wish SEWFIL to arrange for the collection of the package, you must notify us by email. The cost of the collection will be €6 to be paid by the buyer, from which a deduction will be made from the corresponding refund.

 

I have not received my order. What do I do?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until it is in the shipping process. Contact us through any of our channels and ask if you are in time to cancel your order. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm if it was possible.

Return conditions

    • In the event of a defective product, a replacement will be made with a new product at no cost to the customer. Color or variations in color are not grounds for return.
    • If you wish to send us the goods by your own means, you must follow the first 3 steps.

Steps for a return

    1. Notify by email to sewfil@sewfil.com with the Subject: Return Request Order number (if the product/s were delivered in poor condition or appear defective, include photos and videos)
    2. Wait for the Customer Service department to respond to your request and inform you of the steps to follow.
    3. Once we accept the return, the products to be returned must be packaged in their original packaging and sent to the address that we will specify in the email (we recommend that you make the return using a shipping method that has tracking. Otherwise, in the event of loss or misplacement, we will not be responsible for the return).
    4. If you wish SEWFIL to arrange for the collection of the package, you must notify us by email. The cost of the collection will be €6 to be paid by the buyer, from which a deduction will be made from the corresponding refund.
    5. After receiving the merchandise, SEWFIL will have 1 to 5 business days to review the status of the merchandise to be exchanged, refunded or returned.
    6. In the event that the product is in perfect condition and the return period is met, SEWFIL will refund only the amount of the products (excluding the shipping costs of the order) or exchange them for the corresponding products. The cost of sending the product back will be borne by the buyer.

Considerations

Refunds for orders will only be made for the product(s) purchased (not including shipping costs) in returns due to customer withdrawal.
  1. If you have paid cash on delivery, you must provide us with an account number/IBAN + account holder to make the corresponding payment by email.
  2. Returns will not be accepted outside of the 30-day period following receipt of orders.
  3. SEWFIL must receive the return within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date the return request email is sent, otherwise we will not accept the return.
  4. We reserve the right to offer the customer exchanges for equivalent products.
  5. Returns will not be accepted cash on delivery.
